Ken is an industrial designer with proven experience creating spatial experiences. He designs environments that are experiential in nature, contextual in form, and emotional in purpose. They are highly engaging to users and impactful for business.

He is recognized as a trend leader in the exhibition design field, his work appears in design and trade publications in the US and Europe. He is also a serial entrepreneur having founded several consulting firms in the past two decades. Prior to co-founding Fluent, Ken was principal/owner of Sprick Creative, an experience design agency and interior architecture firm. He designed, developed, and produced large scale environmental design projects for companies including Dainippon Screen, Fortifiber Building Products, Triad Development, Sightlife.

Prior to establishing Sprick Creative, Ken founded i.e.DESIGN Inc., a design consultancy specialized in turnkey exhibit design and development. The firm successfully designed and managed work for clients that include: Toshiba Information Systems, Porsche, Seiko Optical Products, McDonnell Douglas.

An industrial design graduate of Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, Ken is passionate about connecting professional design practice and design education. He is actively involved with the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA) as a board member, Western District VP, served also as the chapter chair for two terms. He has received numerous awards for his exhibition design that are recognized internationally. He also provides mentoring to students in design programs locally.
